Clever Concepts has partnered with Postini, the global leader in email security, to offer spam and virus protection to our customers. If you've ever opened your mailbox to find more spam than real email, or worried about virus-infected attachments, you'll be able to breathe a little easier now.

HOW IT WORKS

Before you receive your email, it will be routed through Postini's server, where all of the obvious spam and confirmed viruses are deleted. All of the definite legitimate email gets sent on to our mail server just as it normally would.

Sometimes it is difficult for the spam filter to determine if a message is truly spam or not, so when there is a question of a message's legitimacy, it is placed into a special "quarantine" zone. You will be able to access your quarantined messages through the web-based Postini Message Center and flag any legitimate emails for delivery.

The Message Center also gives you the ability to customize your settings. The Postini mail filters can be adjusted for maximum or minimum aggressiveness. You also have the option of creating approved and blocked senders lists, so that you can manually control whether or not certain messages are always delivered or blocked.

We can customize which email accounts you would like to filter, and which you would like to leave untouched, so if some users want the service and others don't, that won't be a problem.

GETTING STARTED

Adding Postini to your own email accounts is simple, and very affordable, at just $2 per email box. Customers with multiple email boxes may also qualify for bulk discounts. And as always, there is no setup fee, and no commitment.
