MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Our new maintenance program is designed for those customers who have routine small maintenance needs. For $49/month (with a 6 month minimum commitment) or $499/year, all of your maintenance requests will be billed in 15 minute minimum incriments instead of our standard 1 hour minimum.

The table below shows examples of monthly maintenance charges with and without the maintenance program and maintenance requests as 4 separate requests compared to 1 request of all 4 maintenance items grouped together.
